Processor role
Jomioz acts as a processor (EU/UK) / service provider (US) for Customer Data that Account Owners submit about their End Users.
A written DPA covering GDPR Art. 28, a UK addendum, and Standard Contractual Clauses where needed is available on request.
Our application servers and database are hosted by Render in Frankfurt, Germany, in the EEA. Where a subprocessor processes Customer Data about people in the EEA or UK in a country without an adequacy decision (for example the United States), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum or International Data Transfer Agreement for that transfer, plus supplementary measures where needed. How to execute a signed copy
To execute a signed copy, email info@jomioz.com from your Account Owner admin address with your legal entity name and billing country.
