Can I bill by project milestones?
Yes. Deposit when they accept, then a separate invoice for each stage you name. Paid and owed stay visible to the office and, via Client Hub, the customer.
How do change orders work?
Update lines on the estimate or job, share the new total, and collect approval before the extra work burns another day. Don’t treat a chat message as the variation.
Will the crew use this on site?
The field app handles notes, photos, and clock-in (Growth) so the office isn’t rebuilding the day from texts. It is not a full BIM or Gantt suite — it’s the commercial job: quote, visits, money, files.
Why not the construction software we’ve already looked at?
