We map customer names, phones, emails, addresses, and open work. Run a small test import first so labels and duplicates are clean before the full load.

Add seats for the people who schedule, invoice, and work jobs. Clock-in, photos, and notes are built for phones — including weaker signal days.

Run one real job end-to-end
Estimate → approval → deposit (if you use Growth) → schedule → invoice. Keep Jobber live until that job feels normal.

Cut over and archive
Point new work to Jomioz. Keep Jobber read-only for history if you need it, then cancel when your books are settled.
What we import by CSV
- Customers — name, phones, emails, billing and service addresses
- Open estimates and jobs — titles, notes, and status where available
- Line items / price book — when you can export clean rows
- Tags or simple properties you want to keep for filtering
We don’t need a perfect historical archive on day one. Prioritize active customers and open work so the first week runs smoothly.
