How we protect your data
Security and privacy are part of how we build and operate Jomioz — not a bolt-on.
Encryption
We use secure connections so information is encrypted with Transport Layer Security (TLS) when transmitted from your browsers and mobile devices to our systems. Data is also encrypted at rest where supported by our cloud infrastructure.
Data storage
Your data lives on trusted cloud infrastructure. Only authorized people can reach production systems.

We scan for issues and bring in outside review. Report a problem to info@jomioz.com.
Payment security
Whether you pay for your Jomioz subscription or collect payments from your customers via Jomioz Payments, card details are processed by trusted partners (powered by Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on Jomioz servers for independent reuse.
Access control & 2FA
Workspace owners control who joins their team and what roles they have. Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP / email OTP and backup codes) is available in the product and recommended for every account that can see customer or payment data.
Your responsibilities
Use strong unique passwords, turn on two-factor authentication, and remove access when someone leaves. You decide what customer data you store and how you message them — and you follow the privacy and messaging laws where you operate.
